🔁 Tee’s Me SWFL Return & Exchange Policy

🎯 The Short Version

We don’t do fast fashion—we do intentional merch.
Because most of our items are made-to-order or customized, all sales are final unless there’s an issue on our end.


📦 Returns

✅ Eligible for Return (within 7 days of delivery)

We accept returns only if the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design sent)

Return eligibility begins on the date your order is marked as delivered.


❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations (screen vs. print)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Worn, washed, or altered items

👉 This includes all Build-Your-Tee and customized selections


🔄 Exchanges

✅ Eligible for Exchange

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received

⚠️ Size Exchanges (Limited)

We may offer a one-time size exchange if:

  • Item is unworn and unwashed
  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Customer covers return shipping

👉 All size exchanges are case-by-case and not guaranteed


🛠️ Replacement & Resolution Process

If your order qualifies:

  1. Email us with:
    • Order number
    • Description of issue
    • Clear photo(s) of the item
  2. We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved, we will offer one of the following:
    • Replacement item
    • Store credit
    • Refund

👉 Resolution type is based on the nature of the issue and product availability.


💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement is not possible, or
  • The issue is verified as an error on our end

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.


🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our items are made-to-order and enter production quickly:

  • Orders may be canceled or changed only if they have not yet entered production
  • Production may begin shortly after purchase, and cancellation requests are not guaranteed

We encourage customers to carefully review all order details (size, style, design, and shipping information) before placing an order.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

🚚 Shipping Delays & Fulfillment

We aim to process and ship orders within our stated timeframes.

If we are unable to ship within that timeframe, you will be notified and given the option to:

  • Continue with the order, or
  • Cancel for a full refund
